Refund Policy

This website and its services are operated by Questinno LLC, a Wyoming company.

1. General Policy

Credit purchases are treated as digital goods.

Because Credits never expire and remain usable indefinitely, all purchases are non-refundable by default.

2. Refund Exceptions (Limited Eligibility)

You may request a refund only under these conditions:

2.1 Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you were charged twice or charged incorrectly due to a technical issue, the duplicate portion will be refunded after verification.

2.2 Unused Credits — Within 24 Hours

If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and none of the purchased Credits have been used, a full refund may be granted.

2.3 Legal Requirements

If local consumer laws require a mandatory cooling-off period, we will comply.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

3.1 Credits Have Been Used

Used Credits cannot be refunded, as they represent consumed compute cost.

3.2 Promotional / Free Credits

Credits granted through registration or promotions cannot be refunded.

3.3 Account Suspension Due to Violation

If your account is restricted for violating Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, prohibited content), remaining Credits will not be refunded.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, provide:

  • Order ID
  • Payment receipt
  • Account email
  • Reason for refund

Processing time: 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

5. Additional Notes

We may require identity verification for account safety.

If abusive refund behavior is detected, we may refuse future service or mark the account as high-risk.
